Full job description

About Us

InStride Health’s mission is to deliver specialty anxiety and OCD care that works for every kid, teen, young adult, and family who needs it. Through this mission, we are expanding access to insurance-based care, increasing engagement in treatment, and improving treatment outcomes. We are doing this by combining research-backed clinical care and innovative technology to eliminate the major problems with care today: difficulty finding providers, months of waiting to be seen, arduous onboarding processes, and inconsistent use of evidence-based therapies and outcomes tracking. Our vision is to become the nation’s most trusted provider of pediatric anxiety and OCD care.

Team InStride Health: Our Core Values

  • Give Heart: We lead with heart, treating patients and their families the way we want our loved ones to be treated.
  • Work Smart: We find smarter ways to solve hard problems and fix the broken mental health system by leveraging technology, diversity of thought, and innovation.
  • Have Humility: We leave our egos at the door, empowering our team to collaborate, celebrate diversity, and adopt a growth mindset.
  • Embrace Community: We all belong. We are in this together, and we never worry alone. We believe in each other and recognize that every voice matters.

About the Role

We are looking for a LMS Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS) and produce multimedia content for our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will execute routine LMS administration tasks, transform raw video and webinar recordings into polished educational content following established templates, and contribute to rapid-authoring instructional design projects under the guidance of senior L&D team members. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • LMS Administration
    • Manage the day-to-day execution of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, managing user enrollment rules, automating notifications, and configuring system settings.
    • Serve as first-line technical support for LMS users, resolving routine access and navigation issues and escalating complex technical problems to a senior team member.
    • Run and distribute standard system usage, compliance, and completion reports using existing dashboard templates.
  • Video Post-Production & Digital Asset Management
    • Edit raw video assets, recording sessions, and live webinars into polished educational products within learning modules.
    • Take long-form video training (e.g., presentations, lectures, or system walkthroughs) and skillfully repurpose them into bite-sized, short-form videos.
    • Drive digital inclusivity by executing video accessibility workflows, including generating and sync-matching closed-captioning files.
    • Organize and maintain a centralized media library in a cloud-based environment (e.g., Google Drive) to maintain seamless version control over raw footage, graphical components, brand assets, and templates.
  • Rapid Instructional Design & Quality Assurance
    • Complete QA testing checklists on newly built learning modules under the guidance of a senior team member, flagging tracking, assessment, or navigation issues for review.
    • Partner with the Learning & Development team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to update and maintain existing rapid-authoring e-learning modules using established templates, focusing on content clarity, flow, and graphic layout.
    • Draft first-pass course summaries and knowledge-check questions for review and approval by a senior team member.
    • Track timelines and asset checklists for assigned video production and LMS projects, flagging risks to delivery milestones for the team lead.

What You Need to Succeed in the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional/Educational Technology, Information Systems, Digital Media/Communications, or a related technical discipline—or equivalent practical and technical field experience.
  • 0–1 years of hands-on experience with corporate or institutional LMS platforms (internship, coursework, or project-based exposure accepted; healthcare or clinical training environment experience a plus; experience with Absorb LMS is a plus).
  • Proficiency with basic video editing (e.g., TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent software).
  • Exposure to rapid e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Rise) with an understanding of basic adult learning concepts.
  • A strong grasp of visual design basics (spacing, hierarchy, formatting) paired with accessibility principles (ADA compliance, closed captioning).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within and across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to be flexible and work well both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team in a fast-paced, mission driven environment.
  • Interest and/or background in behavioral health is a plus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key in our dynamic startup environment; we're looking for candidates who embrace change, thrive in ambiguity, and can pivot seamlessly to contribute to an ever-evolving set of tasks and team.

The expected annual salary for this role is between $65,000-$72,000. Actual starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on several factors including but not limited to specific skill set, work experience, etc.

Why Join Our Team

  • Generous benefits package (401k with match, Flexible PTO, paid holidays, paid service days, 4 week paid sabbatical, 12 week paid parental leave, health benefits starting on your first day, and more)
  • Opportunity to join a mission-driven company that is changing the landscape of pediatric mental health treatment
  • Chance to make a far-reaching impact by helping children and families access desperately-needed, evidence-based care
  • Opportunity to work with talented and experienced team members who have devoted their lives to solving this problem
  • Fully virtual: work from the comfort of your home with periodic in-person retreats
