The LMS Coordinator will manage daily operations of the Learning Management System, including user enrollment, system configuration, and technical support. Additionally, the role involves producing multimedia educational content and assisting with rapid-authoring instructional design projects.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or educational field and have 0-1 years of experience with LMS platforms. Proficiency in video editing software and an understanding of instructional design principles are required for success in this role.

Team InStride Health: Our Core Values
We are looking for a LMS Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS) and produce multimedia content for our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will execute routine LMS administration tasks, transform raw video and webinar recordings into polished educational content following established templates, and contribute to rapid-authoring instructional design projects under the guidance of senior L&D team members. This is a fully remote position.
The expected annual salary for this role is between $65,000-$72,000. Actual starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on several factors including but not limited to specific skill set, work experience, etc.
