Perform routine and periodic safety inspections of elevators and escalators to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes. Identify deficiencies and issue detailed inspection reports with recommendations for corrective action.
Must possess a valid QEI certification from a recognized organization such as NAESA and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland. Prior experience in elevator installation, maintenance, or inspection is preferred.
