Graphic Designer

About INPUT

INPUT is a global communications agency specializing in crypto, fintech, and emerging technology. We partner with some of the industry's most innovative companies, helping them build credibility, secure top-tier media coverage, and grow their global presence.

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the design needs across PR, Social Media, Revenue, and Events. You'll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our visual identity while producing high-quality creative assets for both digital and print.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media graphics, carousels, event visuals, and digital marketing assets.
• Create and maintain pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and sales collateral in Figma.
• Design event materials including banners, signage, booth graphics, merchandise, and printed collateral.
• Develop creative concepts that align with client and company branding.
• Build and evolve brand identity systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the PR, Social Media, Revenue, and Events teams on creative requests.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience designing presentations, marketing collateral, and event materials.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects).
• Experience designing for B2B, technology, fintech, or crypto brands.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for digital assets.
