Provide clinical supervision to staff members and deliver personalized mental health therapy to a diverse client population. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, holistic care and support professional growth within the practice.
Must hold a current Illinois LCSW license and have 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the behavioral health field. Candidates are expected to work a minimum of 12 clinical hours per week, including evening or weekend availability.

Innovative Counseling Partners is a private practice offering mental health counseling and therapy to the communities we serve. Our company understands the importance of prioritizing your mental health just as much as your physical health. We work with a wide variety of behavioral and emotional issues and offer many different forms of therapy to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. It's important to us to provide our services to everyone, not just those who can afford private mental health care. We are currently hiring:
Licensed Clinical Social Workers with prior supervisory experience, enjoy growing staff and who have expertise working with adults, families, couples, children AND adolescents. We prefer you to be bilingual as we really honor bilingualism.Therapists are considered employees. The compensation varies between $65-$80.00 per clinical hour depending on your licensure, billing entity and type of session/CPT code provided. Supervision compensation is paid in an additional monthly salary and varies based on the number of supervisees you oversee.
