Innovation Learning delivers before-school, after-school, and summer programs that give schools a powerful wrap-around advantage. These hours aren’t just “coverage” — they are an opportunity to strengthen parent engagement, build resilience, and support student growth.
We partner with charter schools, private schools, and forward-thinking, innovative districts that understand the importance of resilience in raising healthy, successful, and achieving students.
Founded by educators and parents (not private equity), our programs are built on the Circle of Courage model of resilience developed by Brendtro, Brokenleg, and Van Bockern. This framework, grounded in decades of youth development research, shapes our four Core Values:
Belonging: Every child feels connected and accepted.
Mastery: Children gain confidence through growth and achievement.
Independence: Students build responsibility and voice.
Generosity: Young people discover purpose by contributing to others.
Our mission is simple: help schools unlock the Five-Hour Advantage by using out-of-school time as a strategic asset. We are a difference maker that helps schools and districts attract families and students by sharing responsibility for engagement, accountability, and community. Students who embody our Core Values and develop resilience consistently demonstrate stronger grades, higher test scores, and enhanced social intelligence — the qualities that lead to lifelong success.
With Innovation Learning, schools gain:
A mission-driven partner, not a PE-backed vendor.
Programs that deliberately build resilience and engage families.
Differentiation that attracts families seeking more than custodial care.
At Innovation Learning, we don’t just fill time. We build resilient students who thrive in school, in families, and in life.
