Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to contract signing while building sustainable talent pipelines. Collaborate with leadership to advise on hiring strategies and lead a small micro-team of recruiters.

You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in recruiting – ideally within a fast-growing environment.

Managing the entire recruiting process – from sourcing to contract signing
Conducting structured interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Active sourcing and building sustainable talent pipelines for current and future positions
Close collaboration with leadership teams and advising on hiring strategies and market conditions
Maintaining and updating all candidate data in our internal system, Clusterix
Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience
Contributing to the optimization and standardization of internal recruiting processes
Onboarding, mentoring, and professionally leading your own micro-team
