Support prospective homebuyers through the entire process from intake and counseling to closing and post-close warranty support. Conduct community outreach and coordinate with lenders and partners to facilitate homeownership for low-to-moderate income families.
Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-4 years of experience in housing, community development, or case management. Proficiency in CRM/ERP software and knowledge of affordable housing programs or HUD guidelines is preferred.

We are seeking a community-committed Homeownership Coordinator to support Homeownership Readiness, which serves prospective buyers of Inherent homes — individuals and families earning between 60% and 120% of the Area Median Income who are ready to pursue ownership but may face structural barriers to getting there. This is an exciting opportunity for a housing professional interested in supporting end to end services that help individuals and families to purchase, retain, and succeed in homeownership.

We align workforce development, homeownership access, community-centered finance, and housing innovation into a single, cohesive operating strategy. We believe that by integrating all aspects of the community redevelopment experience and through partnerships across civic, community and business leaders, we can build a better model for homeownership centered around the needs of buyers, families, and communities.

Office hours are 7:30am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. The compensation range for this position will be $52,000-$65,000 annually. Healthcare benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life), Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, paid holidays and personal time off, as well as sick leave and 401k included.
