The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, documenting vehicle symptoms, and recommending necessary maintenance. They must provide accurate cost estimates and maintain frequent communication with customers regarding the progress of their vehicle repairs.
A minimum of one year of experience in a service advisory role is preferred, though the company will train the right candidate. Applicants should possess a positive attitude, be team players, and have a focus on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
