The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and administrative roles while partnering with hiring leaders to build talent pipelines. This role also focuses on process improvement, documentation of standard operating procedures, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or tribal sectors. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficiency with applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse, are required.

Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts across Indigenous Pact and its Managed Services Partners, with a strong focus on healthcare-related positions.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, managing candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring leaders, and ensuring a positive hiring manager and candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who is comfortable operating independently, building strong stakeholder relationships, improving recruiting processes, and helping scale a growing Talent Acquisition function. This individual serves as a trusted recruiting partner and subject matter expert, balancing hands-on recruitment with process improvement and operational excellence.
