Analyst-Financial Lead Senior

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our CFO Regional team in the role of Lead Senior Financial Analyst.
Role Responsibilities
This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, System Reporting. This position will be a key contributor within the IU Health treasury accounting team. This includes financial reporting packages (both internal and external, in adherence with GAAP), external audits, financial analysis and projects, implementation of procedural and reporting improvements and development of effective business relationships. The incumbent will display effective planning and organizational skills; be results oriented; and possess the ability to competently manage multiple priorities.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Degree in Finance or related field preferred.
Project Management experience preferred.
Requires 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; at least 2 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred.
Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
