Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services to a medically complex geriatric population in a skilled nursing facility. Focus on functional outcomes, quality of life, and safe transitions to the next level of care.
Must hold a current Nebraska COTA license and possess compassion for the geriatric population. While one year of SNF experience is preferred, it is not required.
