Your mission

You work primarily as a technical SAP consultant with strong hands-on ABAP

development experience. In this role, you support international customers in business-

critical SAP environments by analyzing, developing and improving technical solutions

across integrated SAP landscapes, using AI where it adds value and transforming legacy

code into modern SAP technologies.

This role is an opportunity to actively shape the future of SAP support and managed

services. As we evolve from traditional incident handling towards a more intelligent,

advisory and knowledge-driven delivery model, you will work with modern SAP

technologies, cloud-based solutions, integration platforms and AI capabilities.

You will help transform operational experience into reusable knowledge, automation

opportunities and smarter solutions that create measurable value for our customers. By

combining strong SAP expertise with curiosity for new technologies, you will contribute

to the continuous improvement of our services, processes and ways of working while

helping us build the next generation of support and customer success.

Your Responsibilities

Operational Support and Problem Resolution

• Develop, enhance and troubleshoot technical solutions, using hands-on

programming skills and AI to create stable and maintainable outcomes

• Transform legacy custom code and technical solutions into modern SAP

technologies, architectures and development practices

• Advise customers on process improvements and translate operational challenges

into solutions aligned with SAP best practices

• Take ownership of support and consulting topics across SAP SDM, SAP SD/MM

and related logistics or distribution processes

• Analyze incidents, requirements and process gaps from both a business and

technical perspective

• Identify root causes across integrated SAP landscapes, including interfaces, data

flows and dependencies

• Resolve issues sustainably and support customers in critical situations with clear

communication

• Contribute to structured knowledge, reusable solution patterns, automation

opportunities and AI-supported support capabilities

Your profile

What You Bring

Technical Capabilities

• Skills in modern SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, CPI, CAP, RAP, SAP Cloud

ALM and Integrated Toolchain

• Several years of hands-on ABAP development experience

• Ability to design, build, enhance and maintain custom ABAP solutions, reports,

interfaces, exits, enhancements or related technical objects• Strong debugging, code analysis and troubleshooting skills, including the ability

to trace system behavior across applications, interfaces and data flows

• Experience with SAP customizing, root-cause analysis and solution

implementation in integrated SAP landscapes

• Skills in AI tools

Functional and Industry Knowledge

• Experience with SAP SD and/or MM, ideally in IS-OIL-related processes

• Interest in learning business processes and understanding how functional

requirements translate into technical system behavior

• Willingness to build process and industry knowledge and apply it when

designing technical solutions

Mindset and Working Style

• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working approach

• Strong analytical thinking, curiosity and willingness to learn modern SAP and AI

topics

• Motivation to solve problems sustainably and think beyond the immediate ticket

Communication

• Fluent English is required, German language skills are a plus

• Confident communication with customers, internal teams and technical experts
