The Merchandise Handler is responsible for receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory within a distribution center. They also pick and prepare customer orders and stage merchandise for outbound shipment using warehouse technology.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 85 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with a dependable work ethic and attention to detail.

Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking dependable Merchandise Handlers to join our team at a leading distribution center in Springfield, OR. In this role, you'll help keep products moving efficiently throughout the warehouse by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment.

This position is located in a distribution warehouse environment. Team members may work indoors and outdoors and may be exposed to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions. Required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes and high-visibility vests, must be worn as directed.
