The Employee Relations Partner will chair disciplinary hearings and provide expert guidance on complex people matters to ensure compliance with labour legislation. They will also support the development of internal policies and manage dispute resolution processes to foster a culture of fairness and accountability.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Labour Law, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and experience with formal disciplinary processes are essential for this role.

As an Employee Relations Partner, you will support fair, consistent, and compliant handling of employee relations matters across the organisation.
