You will plan, conduct, and evaluate immunological assays for immunomonitoring in international clinical studies. Additionally, you will establish new laboratory methods and maintain laboratory instruments while ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Candidates must have a degree or vocational training as a BTA, MTA, CTA, or a B.Sc./M.Sc. in a scientific field, preferably with an immunological or oncological focus. Proficiency in German and English (C1 level) and experience with functional assays and flow cytometry are required.
Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Research Associate zur Verstärkung des Translational Research and Biomakers-Teams am Standort Tübingen.
Sie arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld mit Personen aus dem wissenschaftlichen Bereich zusammen. Durch Ihr pro-aktives Denken und Handeln, Ihre Kompetenz und Ihr Engagement tragen Sie zu unserer Mission bei, neuartige PRAME-Immuntherapien für an Krebs erkrankte Menschen zu entwickeln.
Die Stelle ist auf 18 Monate befristet und kann in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 30 Wochenstunden) besetzt werden.
Es erwartet Sie ein vielfältiges Aufgabenspektrum mit folgenden Schwerpunkten:
Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von immunologischen Arbeiten innerhalb des Immunomonitorings internationaler klinischer Studien
Breites Spektrum an immunologischen Assays (z.B. PBMC Isolation, Durchflusszytometrie, ELISPOT, ELISA)
Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von neuen immunologischen Methoden und Prozessen im Labor
Betreuung von Laborinstrumenten und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von fachgebietsbezogenen Arbeitsanweisungen für Labormethoden und Geräte (SOPs und Guidelines)
Aufbau und Vertiefung von Kenntnissen in weiteren Methodenbereichen
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BTA, MTA oder CTA, ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (B.Sc./M.Sc.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, bevorzugt mit einer immunologischen und/ oder onkologischen Ausrichtung. Erfahrungen in oben genannten Aufgabengebieten, insbesondere Kenntnisse in funktionellen Assays mit zytotoxischen Zellen sowie durchflusszytometrischen Messungen, sind wünschenswert.
Für diese Tätigkeiten bringen Sie einen hohen Grad an Eigenverantwortung, viel Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit mit und überzeugen durch Ihr strukturiertes und zuverlässiges Vorgehen.
Ihr Profil wird abgerundet durch Ihre flexible Arbeitsweise und Ihre sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Level). Wir gehen von guten Kenntnissen gängiger Computer-Anwendungen (MS Office) aus.
