The Systems Administrator is responsible for the operation, security, and maintenance of the company's computer network, servers, and workstations. This includes providing help desk support, managing Microsoft 365, and deploying new technologies to ensure infrastructure stability.
Candidates need an Associate's degree in IT or a related field and 2-3 years of work-related experience. Proficiency in helpdesk ticketing systems and the ability to lift up to 50lbs are required.

Given our growth we are currently in search of a Network/Systems Administrator to support our current workload. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the operation and security of the company’s computer network system by analyzing and resolving issues with complex systems consisting of servers, desktop workstations, and mobile devices. Provide support for operating systems, networks, information security, storage systems as defined by departmental requirements. Maintain and monitor the infrastructure environment. Deploy the release of new technologies as well as install, configure, maintain and perform testing of operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems. Coordinate and work on multiple cross-functional base work initiatives and projects. Support multiple systems or applications of low to high complexity.
