You will be responsible for the independent accounting management of a real estate portfolio, including rent booking and payment monitoring. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of financial statements and serve as a contact person for owners, tenants, and auditors.
Candidates must have a completed commercial education, ideally with a focus on accounting or real estate management. Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and proficiency in accounting software like DATEV and MS Office are required.
