Manage and grow customer accounts across Southern Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky by providing technical solutions for electric motor repair and related equipment. Serve as a technical advisor to industrial customers and coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotes and proposals.
Requires 3+ years of experience in industrial or technical sales, specifically with rotating equipment or electrical/mechanical services. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline is preferred, along with a valid driver's license for territory travel.

Illinois Electric Works (IEW) is a leading EASA-certified motor repair, field service, and equipment solutions provider serving industrial, utility, steel, chemical, and municipal customers across the Midwest. IEW is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Engineer / Account Manager to support and grow our customer base throughout Southern Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. This role blends technical expertise with relationship-based selling to provide industrial customers with electric motor repair, drives, pumps, gearboxes, field service, and related solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional who enjoys working directly with customers, solving equipment challenges, and building long-term partnerships in an industrial environment.
Compensation for this role is based on knowledge, skill, and ability. The compensation range for this role is estimated to be $70,000-$100,000 per year, plus commission.

Sales & Service on all types of rotating electrical machinery: Motors, Blowers, Pumps, Cranes, Hoists, Brakes, etc.

We provide services on all types of Rotating Electrical Machinery, such as motors, overhead traveling cranes, pumps, blowers, gearboxes, brakes, winches, etc. and we practice stringent adherence to industry's most demanding specifications. We are a stocking distributor for various brands of motors, hoists, variable frequency drives, etc. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality services and products to keep industry running 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, performing any job - any time! Our goal is to be the preferred industrial sales and repair shop in the Midwest United States. We will accomplish this mission by having well trained and motivated employees, by providing a shop equipped with a wide variety of capabilities and by stocking and distributing only the highest quality products.
