Holiday Inn Express Pokhara is a modern, internationally branded hotel located near Lakeside Road, close to Pokhara’s key tourist and commercial areas. The hotel offers 90 comfortable guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar & lounge, lobby lounge, a 213 sqm meeting and events space, and a fitness centre.

Under the direct supervision of the Finance and Business Support Manager, and within the limits of InterContinental Hotels Group policies and procedures, responsible for processing of supplier invoices, reconciling of suppliers’ statement of account plus recording and processing payment of goods and services. 

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Process and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes.

• Ensure compliance with VAT/, withholding tax, and statutory requirements applicable to hotel operations.

• Monitor food, beverage, operating supplies costs, review purchase records, pricing, and departmental cost allocations.

• Participate in monthly stock takes and investigate shortages, overages and wastage.

• Assist in maintaining accurate recipe costing, standard costs, and menu pricing support.

What We need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree  in accounting or finance.
• Fluency in both Nepalese and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of guests.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel cost control systems and AP processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
