Perform skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to minimize facility downtime. Oversee lower-level technicians and manage spare parts inventory to ensure operational effectiveness.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in general facility and conveying system maintenance, with at least 3 years specifically in PLC and advanced electrical repair. Proficiency in welding, pipe installation, and boiler unit maintenance is also required.

The Maintenance Technician II performs skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies. Develops, maintains, and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required. Assists Maintenance Lead in developing methods and procedures to improve facility efficiency and workflow. Oversee and review the work of lower-level technicians.
