The Community Manager oversees daily onsite operations, ensuring the property's financial performance and aesthetic appeal. They lead the staff, manage budgets, and implement marketing and retention strategies to maintain high occupancy.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant property management experience and strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in property management software and knowledge of landlord/tenant laws are required.

The Community Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day onsite operations run smoothly while being empowered to make decisions and lead their team to success. This position is responsible for the overall performance of the community – both financially and aesthetically. The community manager must prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a consistent commitment to an excellent customer experience.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
