Position Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure safety and efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues.
Work Location: This is an on-site role
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 2:00PM - 11:30PM with OT as needed.
Compensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $70,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.
