The Assistant Principal of Instruction manages, coaches, and develops teachers to achieve ambitious academic results for students. They are responsible for monitoring student progress, implementing curricula, and fostering a productive school culture.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of full-time teaching experience. A proven track record of success in a K-12 setting and experience in teacher leadership or administration are required.

What We Offer
Compensation:
Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $70,532 and $82,170, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.
