The extended care staff member is responsible for supervising students and coordinating transition times to ensure a safe environment. They will facilitate learning through study halls, clubs, and playground activities while adhering to school security protocols.
Candidates must be Christians who can model an obedient Christian walk and testify to their faith. They should have a strong desire to work with children and be committed to maintaining a safe and productive environment.

The main responsibility of extended care workers will be to provide a strategic and safe program for our Extended Care (EC) students that aligns with ICS's mission. This involves creating a learning atmosphere through study halls, clubs, and playground activities.
Requirements
· Supervise students at all times and coordinate transition times.
· Provide safe activities for students after school.
· Comply with School and Security protocols to ensure the safety of each student.
Morning Care: Hours are 6:45-8:00 am. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Morning Care: Hours are 6:45-9:00 am. Thursday
After School Care: Hours are 3:00-6:00 pm Monday-Friday
Extended Care Staff Members will be Christians who can clearly testify to having accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. As a Christian, this person should be able to effectively model an obedient Christian walk before students, faculty, staff, and the community that we serve. Staff members should desire to work with children and be committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and productive environment.
