Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject with a recognized teaching qualification.
  
• Valid teaching license/certification from home country or internationally recognized authority.
  
• Minimum 2 years of successful teaching experience in Primary/Elementary education.
  
• Experience teaching within an American Curriculum school environment.
  
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  
• Strong understanding of assessment for learning and differentiated instruction.
  
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education or related field.
  
• Previous international school experience.
  
• Experience in a school start-up or founding team environment.
  
• Familiarity with international accreditation standards.
  
• Experience integrating educational technology into classroom instruction.
