Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American Curriculum standards.
Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress and achievement.
Utilize technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
Maintain accurate student records and assessment data.

Contribute to curriculum development and the establishment of school procedures as a founding staff member.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject with a recognized teaching qualification.
Valid teaching license/certification from home country or internationally recognized authority.
Minimum 2 years of successful teaching experience in Primary/Elementary education.
Experience teaching within an American Curriculum school environment.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Strong understanding of assessment for learning and differentiated instruction.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Education or related field.
Previous international school experience.
Experience in a school start-up or founding team environment.
Familiarity with international accreditation standards.
Experience integrating educational technology into classroom instruction.
