Provide administrative and coordinating support for the Portfolio Management department, specifically focusing on product labels and packaging artwork. Responsibilities include processing New Product Request (NPR) forms and communicating updates to internal stakeholders.

De functie
Voor onze afdeling Portfolio Management zijn wij op zoek naar een servicegerichte en communicatief sterke Assistant Portfolio Management. In deze internationale functie vervul je een essentiële administratieve en coördinerende rol en ondersteun je het proces bij het opstellen en onderhouden van productlabels en artwork voor verpakkingen die in meerdere markten wereldwijd worden gebruikt.
Je werkt nauw samen met Portfolio Management en interne stakeholders om te zorgen voor correcte productinformatie en soepel verlopende administratieve processen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
Het gestructureerd en nauwkeurig verwerken van NPR-formulieren (New Product Request)
Het verzamelen, controleren en onderhouden van product- en labelgerelateerde gegevens
Afstemming met de Portfolio Manager en het informeren van interne afdelingen (zoals Sales Support en Order Processing) over nieuwe of gewijzigde productinformatie
Het uitvoeren van algemene administratieve werkzaamheden en archivering
Het bewaken van deadlines en het proactief communiceren van statusupdates naar stakeholders
Het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor Portfolio Management bij afwezigheid van de Portfolio Manager
Het gelijktijdig ondersteunen van diverse werkzaamheden in een dynamische, internationale werkomgeving
Context van de functie
De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het proces van het opstellen en onderhouden van productlabels en productverpakkingen die in de fabrieken worden gebruikt. Deze labels vormen een cruciaal onderdeel van het proces om producten goedgekeurd te krijgen voor verkoop in lokale markten wereldwijd. Nauwkeurigheid, heldere communicatie met gevoel voor culturele verschillen, pro-actief handelen, een sterk gevoel voor ‘ownership’ en sterke coördinatie zijn daarom essentieel in deze functie.
