The Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving customer projects from kick-off to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and quality standards. This includes coordinating internal engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams while serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
Candidates must have a degree in Engineering or Project Management and proven experience managing technical projects, preferably within industrial equipment or process industries. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-growing environment are required.

The Role
As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving projects forward while ensuring that the right people, skills, and resources are available internally to meet project objectives.
This role requires a combination of technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and strong project leadership. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, and priorities.
In a smaller company environment, you will have significant responsibility and influence, helping shape both our project execution processes and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution from initiation to completion
Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, and quality requirements
Track project progress, milestones, risks, and budgets
Ensure projects are staffed with the appropriate competencies and resources to deliver on time and meet project objectives.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning activities and facilitate collaboration across disciplines and departments
Provide regular project status updates to the project steering commitee
Prepare project reports, forecasts, and risk assessments
Escalate critical issues and recommend corrective actions when necessary
Background and qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
Proven experience managing technical or engineering projects
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently while driving projects forward
Experience within industrial equipment, process industries, automation, energy, chemicals, gas handling, or manufacturing
Experience from working in fast-growing technology or engineering companies and/or familiarity with pressurized systems, process equipment, or industrial safety standards is highly desirable
