The Treasury Accountant will assist in daily cash flow monitoring, financial modeling, and the management of banking transactions including cheques and wire transfers. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in SAP and coordinating with the Collections team regarding under-collections.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in a treasury function. Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP or Oracle and MS Office applications is required, with preference given to those with real estate industry experience.
