The Chief Operating Officer will develop and execute operational strategies to optimize business performance and drive organizational growth. They will oversee key departments including operations, supply chain, and quality assurance while managing large-scale capital projects and facility initiatives.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business or operations, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience. A proven track record in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry is required, along with strong strategic and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, business growth, and organizational success.
Compensation: $215,000 - $230,000 + bonus & equity
Location: Southern California (Irwindale) | On-Site
While this role is based at our Irwindale, CA facility and requires regular on-site presence, we are open to candidates willing to relocate. Candidates based in the broader Southwest region — including the greater Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City markets — are particularly encouraged to apply.
