Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and lead the maintenance team and vendors across assigned communities. Manage unit turns, resolve resident work orders, and coordinate seasonal and emergency maintenance tasks.
Requires 2+ years of supervisory maintenance experience in multifamily housing and proficiency in general repairs, including pool and boiler maintenance. Must possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a basic set of personal tools.
