The HR specialist will manage training programs, competency matrices, and employee development while overseeing end-to-end recruitment and HR data administration. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with labor regulations and coordinating company shuttle bus services.
Candidates must hold a university degree and possess at least 3 years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required.
Training & Development
• Maintain and operate the company training system (competency matrix, training plans)
• Organize and coordinate internal and external training, onboarding, and employee development programs
• Ensure training administration, FAR compliance, and audit readiness
• Monitor training KPIs and initiate improvement actions
HR Operations & Data
• Manage and-to-end recruitment and selection processes, support onboarding
• Ensure accurate HR administration, employee data management, and compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
• Prepare HR reports and analyses, maintain data quality, and support reporting automation
• Participate in HR professional, process improvement, and digitalization projects

• Coordinate company shuttle bus administration
