Preferred qualifications include an RC/AL Administrator License, LPN, Level 1 Med Aide, or CNA experience. Candidates must have healthcare management experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

We value and accept the uniqueness of each individual and strive to go beyond the norm to provide a better quality of life.
We are inspected by the Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of Mental Health. Your job will be to lead a team of department managers and employees and oversee all the operations and daily activities. The administrator must be highly organized and able to adapt each day to the needs of the facility, staff, residents, and families. Furthermore, as the top position in the facility, the Administrator must always be available by phone.
