Provide financial leadership and oversight for complex real estate development projects, including the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements and lender draw packages. Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor budgets, identify financial risks, and drive process improvements across the organization.
Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP. A CPA designation and experience in real estate, construction, or Yardi ERP systems are preferred.
