Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 21 years old, and possess high proficiency in dealing Blackjack. Two years of casino dealer experience and the ability to obtain Illinois Gaming Commission licenses are preferred.

Under the direction of the Floor Supervisor, a Dealer responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for the delivery of Customer Service standards, while maintaining the integrity of the games.
