Coach basic to intermediate gymnastics and ninja skills while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for young athletes. Provide constructive feedback and assist with special events such as camps and birthday parties.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old with a passion for working with children and the ability to maintain a consistent evening/weekend schedule. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds for spotting and equipment movement.

At Houston Gymnastics Academy we are dedicated to fostering a love for movement, fitness, and fun in a safe and supportive gymnastics environment. Our programs focus on gymnastics, tumbling and ninja training for all ages and skill levels. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our coaching team!
Job Summary:
As an Entry-Level Gymnastics and Ninja Coach, you will play a key role in teaching and inspiring young athletes in gymnastics and ninja skills. The schedule for this position is variable, allowing for flexibility while meeting the needs of our students.
We prefer a minimum of 3 days consistent availability and a willingness to assist in special events at the gym throughout each month. In addition, we offer the opportunity to develop coaching skills while being part of a supportive community.
Our class time hours are:
Monday through Thursday 3:45 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday 3:50-6:00PM
Saturday 8:50 AM -12:00 PM
Sunday 8:50AM-11:00AM
Additional hours are available on Saturdays and Sundays for birthday parties and special events. Coaches are asked to be available for some special events each month.
