The Operations Specialist leads operational projects and company initiatives while managing contract administration and data reporting within Salesforce. The role focuses on improving business processes and collaborating across departments to drive efficiency and execute key initiatives.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or consulting, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in Salesforce, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
