The Administrator provides overall leadership for daily operations, ensuring outstanding patient care and financial stewardship. They are responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a collaborative culture among the interdisciplinary team and community partners.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field, with a Master's preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience is required, preferably in hospice or post-acute care.
