Provide direct primary medical care to PACE program participants within an interdisciplinary team. Supervise clinical medical care delivered by Nurse Practitioners, RNs, and Medical Assistants.
Requires an MD or DO license in good standing in Kentucky and a minimum of two years of clinical experience. Fellowship training in Geriatrics and experience with frail or elderly populations are strongly preferred.
Schedule: Part-Time (2 days per week- 8:30am-5:00pm)
Position Summary:
The Primary Care Physician provides direct primary medical care to participants of the PACE Program in the context of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). This position supervises clinical medical care provided by Nurse Practitioners, RNs, and Medical Assistants.
