What is PACE?

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a nationally recognized Medicare and Medicaid program that provides comprehensive medical and supportive services for older adults who wish to continue living safely at home.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current NBCOT registration
• Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain before employment)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Occupational Therapy experience
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and adaptive equipment
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR)
• The ability to communicate professionally and compassionately in a variety of settings, including emotionally sensitive situations

Compensation & Financial Benefits

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive pay: $41.58-$46.00/hour, based on experience
• Up to 3% employer match on your 403(b) retirement plan
