Supervise the implementation of therapeutic programs and services for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Manage direct support staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure client health, safety, and well-being.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work/human services, or a combination of college credits and 2+ years of residential child care experience, or 5+ years of congregate care experience. Must be 25+ years old with a valid Illinois driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 pounds.
Salary Range: $55,000- $65,000 (commensurate with education and experience)

WHO WE ARE
Hope is a clinical, educational, and therapeutic provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Hope Residential Academy provides residential placement for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in thirteen community-based, family-style homes.
The Home Administrator supervises and participates in the activities of assigned habilitation specialists/direct support staff, providing monitoring, education, training, and treatment for assigned clients with developmental disabilities.
