Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail store and production department, including managing donation logistics. Support the training of new employees and vocational participants while maintaining a faith-based community environment.
Requires a strong work ethic, supervisory experience, and the ability to work with diverse groups of people. Candidates must be a mature Christian in agreement with the organization's Faith Statement and Code of Conduct.
