The General Manager is responsible for leading and developing the team to ensure outstanding product quality and customer service. They must also manage store operations, including inventory control, sales growth, and adherence to company human resources policies.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of leadership experience and the ability to manage up to 20 team members. A minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience is preferred, and the role requires a commitment of approximately 50 hours per week.
