Lead and develop team members to ensure outstanding product quality and customer service while controlling costs. Manage store operations including inventory, payroll, and the execution of business action plans to drive sales.
Requires 3 years of leadership experience and preferably 1 year of restaurant experience. Must be able to lead up to 20 team members and be willing to work approximately 50 hours per week, including weekends.
