As the Service Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering strategies that keep customers engaged and connected to the Honda brand. You'll drive service performance through KPI planning and forecasting, data-driven insights, retention and pricing models, and the successful implementation of service products across our dealer network.
Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, develop actionable insights, and translate findings into strategies that improve customer retention, service performance, and business outcomes. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll help identify opportunities to improve customer loyalty, strengthen dealer performance, and deliver exceptional service experiences that support long-term growth.
