Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintains patient confidentiality
Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio
Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients
