The Sales Specialist is responsible for providing world-class customer experiences and design solutions for home furnishing needs. They must achieve sales goals, maintain product knowledge, and assist with light store maintenance tasks.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred, and at least 2 years of exceptional customer service experience. Experience in big-ticket commission sales, such as home furnishings or automotive, is preferred.

Our customers view their consultant as an inquisitive solution seeker, passionate about creating an ideal solution for their home furnishing needs.
Each Sales Consultant receives unrivaled training, including:
We focus on exceptional customer experiences, whether virtually via our online digital showroom or inside one of our large, beautiful stores. Each Sales Consultant listens attentively and asks the right questions, then delivers the perfect design solution every time. They love the end result nearly as much as their customers!
Sales Consultants participate in maintaining price cards plus light duty vacuuming and dusting in their assigned areas.
