The Manager-in-Training will learn all aspects of store operations, including sales, collections, inventory management, and team leadership. They will also assist with daily operations, showroom displays, and employee development while working toward managing their own store location.
Candidates must have sales experience and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Retail management, collections, or rent-to-own experience is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift and move furniture.

You'll learn every part of the business-from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations-while working directly with experienced managers.
