The role involves on-site trade coordination, management of material design and installation, and handling cost and design issues such as RFIs and change orders. Additionally, the engineer will perform cost estimates and quantity surveys while ensuring overall project success.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering related field or at least 3 years of equivalent work experience. Strong communication, time management, and computer skills are required, with a preference for those willing to relocate.
