Oversees the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire protection areas of construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications. Coordinates subcontractors, manages project timelines, and leads the commissioning and testing of MEPF systems.
Requires 5-7 years of commercial or industrial construction experience and a preferred bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or Mechanical Engineering. Must possess in-depth knowledge of MEP techniques, building codes, and proficiency in MS Office.
