The Nursing Manager oversees staff in the wound care department, coordinates patient care with physicians, and acts as a clinical resource for integument assessment. They also facilitate problem resolution, assist in determining staffing needs, and evaluate staff performance to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in nursing and an active Oklahoma RN license. A minimum of three years of experience, preferably in wound care management, is required, along with BLS certification.
